About Seek

Mission

Seek is the visual intelligence platform for filmmakers. We index 1.7 million film stills and make them searchable by mood, light, composition, and color — so cinematographers, directors, and art directors can find the exact reference they need in seconds.

No more scrolling through Pinterest boards or scrubbing through timelines. Describe what you see in your mind, and Seek finds it in cinema history.

How it works

Every still in our archive is processed through CLIP, a vision-language model that understands images the way humans describe them. When you type "golden hour silhouette in a desert," Seek doesn't match keywords — it matches meaning.

Results are ranked by semantic similarity, combining visual and textual understanding. You can refine by director, decade, genre, color palette, or aspect ratio — then save references to moodboards and export them for production.
